Our colonial culture loves to identify, label and isolate things.

 

There’s some value to this approach, yet it perpetuates the desire to put our finger on something that is too often more amorphous, or complex than that!

 

For example, the human body has been divided into systems, organs and cells.

 

Then it seems medicine has lumped each into a specialty, or individual silo.

 

I’m not undermining the incredible value of advancements in assessment, surgery, or medication.

 

I’m simply pointing out that the root of the issue is not often addressed, the source of stress and trauma that causes dis-ease in the first place

 

We are creatures of the planet Earth, Gaia. Our bodies are wondrous, sophisticated, intricate beings, with layers of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elemental layers

 

Healing is a magical, miraculous process that always humbles me, a divine force that emerges from within

 

With the common cultural mindset of colonized productivity, fiscal investments and military might-makes-right, it leaves little room for connection to our planet with empathy, compassion, and joy

 

My flavour is emerging as a way to un/decolonize our minds, or re-indigenize, so we can better envision ourselves as empowered, embodied souls, for evolution into #Authentic, #Aligned, and #FullySelfExpressed beings of LOVE on terra firma
