I’m inspired by Mother Teresa when she said:
“I was once asked why I don’t participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I’ll be there.”
With all that is transpiring on Earth, from authoritarianism, genocide and famine, to climate, environmental and general chaos, life can be intense
I’m getting better at focusing on the positive with sustainable SOLUTIONS, rather than getting sucked down the slippery slope of PROBLEMS
I feel in my soul it’s important not to bypass oppressive social structures with toxic positivity
Though I do believe we are co-creating our reality with our focus, or lack thereof
My gratitude is profound, and this birthday I am reflect on the many relationships that make my life SO worth living
My life has evolved with conscious PEACE, love, joy & abundance this year, what a stellar journey around the sun, with ups & downs
THANK YOU to all my amazing generous family, friends, colleagues, clients, and acquaintances for being more and more who you truly ARE
I see YOU, and know the world is better with you in it
Our world is shifting intentionally, with people learning to embody their Aligned, Authentic & Self-Expressed ways of being

Our planetary transition is nuanced, and we all (each & every one of us!) have a part to play in the recreation of a regenerative culture where all our needs are met, feeling Safer, Seen, Celebrated & Supported
I envision a world that is Just Equitable Diverse and Inclusive (JEDI) — with social principles I value humbly, while honouring the nerd in me
