“As the Year of the Wood Snake wraps up,
Ouroboros chasing its’ tail,
Cycle of slowing down, reflecting, healing, shedding skin

Emerging from the chrysalis, grateful for the crucible.
How do I feel, look, act;
Getting to know myself again.

More aligned and authentic,
Rooted in my genuine power,
Of inner and outer compassion, gratitude and serenity.

Not unaware of the world’s atrocities,
Privileged, and aware of power dynamics,
Oppressed, and empathetic of others.

Institutions, systems; macro,
Interpersonal conversations; meso,
Internal thoughts; micro.

Beliefs; mindset,
Values; ethics,
Emotions; intelligent,
Body; healthy,
Intuition; trustworthy,
Boundaries: clearing,
Opportunities; discernable.

Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world,
Mirrors, projections,
With the veil of unconscious shadow, more clarity.

With practice, service and community, connected.
This is POWER. Growing.
