The bulbs are sprouting in my garden today, even if there’s a chill in the air yet —my favourite season

 

Today I’m envisioning my favourite place to reflect, along the summer beach of Georgian Bay

 

Especially there, yet anywhere, Nature Spirits connect with me, reminding me of my divine roots from outside to inside

 

Earth, the sand, soft yet firm.. under the tissue matter of my body, as I ground myself

 

Air, the breeze, blowing smoothly over the bay.. flowing up and through me, inspiring compassionate communication

 

Water, the lake waves inviting me to swim, jump and play.. pumping my blood and fluids, moving nutrients & wastes throughout

 

Fire, the sun shining down, warming.. my body, alive with passion & purpose, as I rest & stroll in the light

 

I revere the elements of our home planet

 

Any of them out of balance is lethal on a macro level, yet I am humble with awareness we each need them in micro amounts to survive

 

The deeper my practice with #InnerWork, the more my love & gratitude create space for healing energy to flow
