Yet healing teaches us to stand tall, to say no without guilt, to honor our own needs without explanation.
Boundaries are not a rejection of others—they are an act of self-love 

They create the safety we may not have always had, the stability we deserve, and the freedom to grow 

So today, reflect on this:
